Benchmark Imaging Group was started by a service engineer to bring quality and integrity back to the business. We know the equipment inside and out; from the inner workings of the electronic and mechanical sub-systems to the fit, form, and finish of the exterior panels and consoles.
Our refurbished equipment meets rigorous quality guidelines established in accordance with the CFR Title 21, chapter 1, part 820 regulations published by the FDA. We strive to make each piece look and perform like new. If a customer is not satisfied for any reason, we always make it right.
Too often, salesmen promise anything to get the "deal". For that reason we do not hire any salesmen. When you contact Benchmark Imaging Group you will be dealing directly with a service engineer, not some silver- tongued telemarketer. We know the equipment inside and out; that is our job.
